Physical Performance

Physical fitness is a vital component of brain health. Cardiovascular fitness and strength training, for example,  have a direct impact on how the brain performs. In addition, there are certain areas of physical fitness that have an effect on the brain's structure. Sports and exercises that require co-ordination, flexibility, balance, quick reactions and interaction with others will rewire the brain, making it more flexible and improving its overall performance. We work with fitness trainers to help you get the most out of these aspects of your brain.
