From 2016 we will be running an intensive summer school. The aim of this school is to give you the chance to develop all of your cognitive skills over a sufficiently long period of time to start establishing good habits that you will be able to hold on to throughout your life.
The summer school will focus on all of the following elements of human performance.
For a more detailed outline of each of these areas, please see the relevant page under training areas in the navigation bar
You will be introduced to the fundamental elements of peak performance in each of these areas and shown how to ensure your own progress both during the course and afterwards. We will have sessions every day in each area, designed to provide sufficient time to start establishing and reinforcing good habits.
We will set you specific tasks and challenges to ensure that you make and maintain progress. You will work individually and in groups so that you and your fellow participants continue to develop and learn.
On completion of the school you should find that your ability to perform in all areas of human activity should be firmly set onto a path of continuous improvement, and you should have sufficient knowledge to apply, develop and master these skills throughout your life.
