Say goodbye to scraps of paper all over the place. You will be able to find exactly what you need when you need it.

Module 2 - Processing Information & Thinking Skills (Module Commencement Date: 1 November 2024)
This module is designed to help you develop your thinking skills so that you can process information more effectively, developing your analytical, creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Analytical Thinking
This unit will provide you with the skills to analyse any situation, helping you to assess the quality of any information in your possession and show you how to reason correctly, avoiding common mistakes in reasoning, so that you can come to an accurate conclusion, whether that is a decision, a course of action or an assessment of whether a situation is true or false, right or wrong.

  • Creative Thinking

.
  • Goals and Motivation
This unit will make use of aspects of psychology, behavioural science and neuroscience to help you to identify, categorise and prioritise your goals as well as help you to take effective action to achieve them. We all have a limited time on this planet and we should all try and make the most of this time as possible. That means ensuring that we devote as much energy as we can to achieving what is most important to us. This unit will give you the skills to do so.

  • States of Mind
The difference in outcomes that results from being in different states of mind can be huge. This unit will demonstrate how different states of mind can lead to hugely different outcomes for you and show you how you can take control of your state of mind, work out what state of mind is most appropriate for a particular situation, and show you how you can attain that state of mind quickly and easily.

  • Effective Communication
Effective communication both with others (interpersonal) and with oneself (intrapersonal) is vital and can have a profound effect on ones outcomes and results in life. This unit will help you to discover the reasons why we communicate and how to ensure that your communication is as effective as it can be so that you can achieve the results that you want.

  • Emulating High Level Performance
This module will build on everything that has been covered in the previous modules enabling you to reach a high level of performance in any field that you are interested in. It will show you how to learn effectively by modelling the knowledge, behaviours and beliefs of a high level performer in that area, identifying what knowledge is relevant and using that  knowledge for yourself.

Module 4 - Mindfulness (Module Commencement Date: 1 March 2025)
This module is aimed at helping the mind become more aware of its own functioning by using your mind to observe itself. This can have profound psychological and physiological benefits.

  • Visualisation & Sensory Development
The more of your brain that you are capable of using, the better. This unit will help you to use more of your brain. We will focus on the visual aspect of your sensory system as it is by far the biggest system in your brain when it comes to processing information. But additionally, the unit will cover the various other senses helping you to develop them and improve your cognitive performance.

Module 5 - Health (Module Commencement Date: 1 May 2025)
This module deals with health, specifically brain health. We look at three elements that can have a profound effect on brain function: (1) nutrition, (2) rest & sleep and (3) physical performance & fitness.

  • Optimal Nutrition
This module will teach you about optimal nutrition with the aim of maximising your levels of health, fitness and energy in both the short and long term. It covers what kinds of foods to eat and to avoid, when and how much to eat as well as providing you with psychological skills which will enable you to create and stick with a healthy eating regime.

  • Sleep and Rest
People who sleep well and are well rested live longer, healthier and happier lives. Rest is vital to effectiveness in every area of life. Being well rested will raise your energy levels and improve your cognitive performance, memory, attentiveness and mood. This module covers how to rest and sleep most effectively including how to determine the amount of sleep you need, the best times for you to sleep and methods for getting to sleep easily.

  • Physical Performance
Sports and exercises that require endurance, strength, co-ordination, flexibility, balance, quick reactions and interaction with others will rewire the brain, making it more flexible and improving its overall performance. This module will show you which kinds of exercises you can do to maximise fitness, including the fitness of your brain, and show you how to do them in a way that will provide you with maximum gains in minimum time transforming your levels of physical and mental fitness.
